"I can't say anything bad about the physicians because the staff made excuses why they couldn't make a well visit appointment. When I countered the reasons why they couldn't make an appointment, they came up with another. The last straw was when I was told May was too far out and it was no way they could do that. It's mid March. It's not a good look when your staff is not helpful to your customers. ..."
