"TERRIBLE. After going to my primary care for a referral, called Wednesday to set appointment (since they hadn't reached out to me yet). Left voicemail around 9:30am Wednesday which voicemail said if after 3pm, don't expect response until next day. No call... Called again around 12:30pm and left another voicemail. Here we are... Friday evening and still no call back. PATHETIC."
