"Needed a renewal of a prescription, told i had to see the doctor first, they make the appointment, refused a short term med supply between then and now. "We like our provider at Chesapeake Urology but we have a great deal of difficulty getting through to the office by phone. The Patient Portal works sporadically. We have a lot of trouble getting onto the Portal and when we do, an error message appears indicating we are not connected. Support service was helpful but we were unable to log in the next day."
