"I went to an appointment this morning which was a follow up to a procedure I had the preceding month. While waiting in the lobby to be called to the back, I heard a conversation which 2 employees were having about a patient, and it sounded derogatory towards the patient. The employee who was complaining about that patient was Camilla. I felt it wasn't appropriate to hear this type of conversation ..."
