"Former Chesapeake Urologist Richard Ian Silver was arrested up here in New York several years back for violating another man by grabbing onto his testicles during an altercation and for assaulting his ex wife on the same day. They let this dirty cowardly prick plead it down to attempted assault. Silver is a poor excuse for a man and is as dirty as they come. He should be in jail instead of practicing ..."
