"Beware. This place is under new management. I would not even give 1 Star but I have to in order to leave a review. They are out for your money and nothing else. They charged for services not explained. They told me they were doing this and that, not explaining that it was NOT part of a routine dental exam and that there would be extra charges for it. "DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will waste your time and lie to you. They don’t seem to understand how insurance works, they fail to actually book your appointments, and they are so disorganized. I’m now MONTHS late on getting my teeth cleaned due to their incompetencies. Seriously, find somewhere else. They will let you down and waste your time, over and over again."

"Zero stars. Horrible customer service and they seem to be the only dental practice that are unable to look up insurance for their patients and then expect you to pay cash out of pocket. Don’t waste your time"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND… Constant issues with billing and over charging in the past 18 months. 3 out of my last 4 cleaning appointments were canceled due to no Hygienists staffed. Office Manager offered no solutions except to go to another Dentist. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid them completely."

"This place was sold and it’s now terrible service, unorganized and scheduling is a nightmare. My last 2 appointments have had to get rescheduled twice and today I went for my appointment and was told my doctor didn’t come in today and they didn’t have anyone else to see me. "Cherokee Trail Dental Care. We were customers for the past 14 years. For the past year service changed and billing is a nightmare. The only visits we have had are preventive and those are covered 100% however we are with a bill of almost $500 it's been a battle with office manager and there is not much she can do, we can't talk to anyone beacuse their billing is only through tickets and nobody can ..."
