"Always withholding my meds they scheduled an appointment for for my next visit and I have run out of medication and they won't call in a refill they play good with the patients."

"Rude and unprofessional. Dr Cook refused to refer me to a specialist telling me he knows as much as they would. They mismanaged my meds that sent me into hospital for four days. Staff is just as bad, terrible phone skills and a bad attitude towards patients, like the patients are there for them and not the other way around like it is supposed to be."

"I can not imagine Dr. Higgins laughing at a patient. His office puts up with me missing appts. I never hear impatience from him or his office. Not the best nor the worst Dr. I have dealt with. Boy I have had some real winners! (Not!!!) "

"Do not see Dr. Higgins! Get anyone but him if you’re actually looking for help with mental health. Dr. Higgins has done nothing but cause anxiety and exacerbate the symptoms I already have. He laughed in my face and looked down on me when he saw my diagnosis that I have had for 20+ years. Not even recommend a therapist or refer me to someone who can help me manage my symptoms. "
