"One star is way too many! My daughter and I had a very bad experience here. We showed up for the appointment 30 minutes before and checked in. Less then 10 mins before the schedule appt the receptionist called us up to the desk and said I had to pay out-of-pocket and they would not send a claim to my insurance and they wanted me to sign a waiver. My insurance does not require a prior authorization, ..."
