"If I could give no stars I would. This place is very unprofessional. Even with an appt customers are subjected to unusually long wait times, even prior to covid. Today I was told I wouldn't be serviced because I came in 3 days ago and paid for my frames with apple pay. They were supposed to remove my lenses and replace the frame. The lenses were scratched up in the process. I called in and was told ..."
