"Cannot get my heart scan results after 62 days. Cardiology Dept says they have sent to Fork Mill address 3 time if u believe that? Takes today 4/8/24 with Effin Green Head Nursing Services & she has no Solution. I gave her a solution but she was unable to make it happen by tomorrow. She Have to create reminder to call me back in 3 days ? Gov at it Best. "

"I have had the Director of this place tell me that you CANNOT DIE FROM NO SLEEP !! The advocate went to sleep while I was explaining my problem with this doctor. I have been taken to the basement by VA POLICE & INTEGRATING !?! Had one phycologist go to sleep in Mental Health !?! Last week my primary care physician lost it !?! Open the door out of exam room !! And repeated you want to leave ..."
