"Worst service every experienced in the medial field. Zero patient focus or empathy. Wait times for scheduled appointments even after arriving early as THEY request are excessive. they only seem to see you once you complain. I waited 45 minutes and another patient said he waited over an hour from the scheduled time. Also heard they are not affiliated with Roper any longer. Not a good experience ..."

"I am not sure why others are having an issue. My husband, my son and I all see Dr. Donaldson. Very good, kind and compassionate doctor. This is really a great practice. I do not have trouble getting through but sometimes I have to hold a few minutes. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice."

"Dr. Donaldson has been my urologist for 25 years. I am a paraplegic and he has always taken care of any issues that I am having. As to the reviews above, I am surprised that they are having any trouble reaching the practice. I've never had a problem getting through and I receive updates from them when I have an appointment upcoming. Ward Reynolds"

"I hated to give it a one star. This practice is a total disaster throughout the entire process. The only good thing I hope and trust is that my Dr. Picard seems capable post my robotic prostate removal. From the initial diagnosis in Jan thru to Aug surgery was a nightmare of communication w all staff. Certain staff even admitted their embarrassment. Then I was told they were moving to MP to make improvements. ..."

"According to Roper, they are no longer affiliated. I see why. They are impossible to get in touch with. When you call, you're automatically put on an infinite hold. I tried calling after hours and was told it was some sort of subscription service and asked for my account number (???). I wish I had never started the process there because now I feel like I'm stuck. I need the surgery, but can't talk ..."
