"Great medical care. The admin staff, particularly the billing dept, cannot do their jobs properly. Only one person has access to payments made and received and when; if that person is out of the office, parents and patients cannot speak to anyone who can say if another parent made a payment, no one can explain billing discrepancies. The answer is "we don't know, only so-and-so has access to that information". ..."
