"Avoid the CHPG West Littleton Primary Care office at all costs. They submitted a false vaccination record to the state of Colorado for my son, and can’t keep straight what vaccines he was given the day of his appointment. Furthermore, I have been ignored by not only their office (Barbra Krider has not returned a single email that I sent on Nov 18th) but by the patient advocate Amber as well! Completely ..."
