"All I can say about this place that is great is Dr. Sal. I had seen two other doctors at CVO and asked for Dr. Sal as he was recommended by a friend. As far as the staff, they are rude, no smiles, no good morning, just a lot of loud talking about their weekend, their purses, food, etc. On and on and so annoying to listed to them. They definitely do not follow HIPPAA. You can hear everything about ..."

"Very few professional acting staff. Latest visit cvo falsified a paper concerning a workers comp injury. They took 0 diagnostics to prove their findings. Thankfully I had 2 other exams with all the data needed. I have reported this outfit for workers comp fraud. Beware and get a second opinion if you know they are lying."

"I was in the office recently for a drug test and physical I was placed in a room by the medical assistant when 2 other medical assistants walked in my room to carry on a personal conversation with the medical assistant who roomed me and laugh and call him a slut and laugh out loud in front of me. If this is what is allowed at this office I will never return and be sure to let my hiring company know ..."
