"My daughter had seen Dr. Shahi for a number of years on an as needed basis. I called to schedule her an appointment, not knowing Dr. Shahi was no longer there. I have no idea who Michelle, the New Office Manager is but she needs some phone etiquette skills. Yes I did hang up on you cause you are rude. Thank you Bluesky and Ben Corpron, DDS for your compassion and understanding on such short notice ..."
