"If I could give zero stars I would. Michelle in billing was extremely rude, refused to listen to what I was trying to explain. My husband has been a patient there for years, our insurance has been moved to COBRA for only Sept and October as a new job was taken and a two month period no insurance is offered, so we paid the COBRA premium. Unfortunately, there is a lag in processing at COBRA, not surprised, ..."
