"I arrived to take my niece to post-op. After speaking and confirming I as the Aunt was good to bring her. Upon arrival I was told forms were suppose to be signed. I asked why was this not stated over the phone before I drove over an hour to get here. "Central Park ENT is just a hearing aid sales office. I had an eustachian tube issue and when I made the appointment, I was told they performed certain surgeries I asked about. At the visit, I got a hearing test and a hearing aide sales pitch (even though I did not need them). Then I was told they did not do the ear surgery I asked about. So, it was a waste of my time, and they billed me $415 for ..."

Dr. Dana Gibbs recently retired so I was faced with needing a new ENT doctor at that location if possible. An appointment was made by the clinic for me to see Dr. Tyler Scoresby.
