"Clinically I have no issues with COUG or Dr. Corbett. However their operations and accounting areas leave much to be desired. I am owed a refund and while COUG states it was mailed on May 30, I haven't received the check. Multiple times I have been in contact requesting a new check be sent. I get stonewalled and lip service. The amount is modest but it's the dismissive attitude that causes me to ..."
