"One star is not low enough for this office and John Malta. I had a telephone appointment scheduled a month in advance to discuss my concerns about an increase in my brain injury symptoms. Late in the afternoon on the day before my appointment the office staff called and left a voice mail stating that my telephone appointment was changed to an in person appointment without my confirmation of accepting ..."
