"I called to possibly make an appt & went to appropriate prompts. I was placed on hold as 2nd on line with supposedly 1 minute wait. This 2nd place in line turned into more than 30 redirection to once again first in line, it was never answered. I have a problem with a place that never answers their phone for even a question. Obviously, there is a shortage of staff & unconcern for their patients. This ..."

"Where do I begin? The office staff is all new and no-one can give you a straight answer...or a receipt! I was never emailed the intake paperwork prior to my visit. The young lady who took me back asked me questions while I was still filling out paperwork then questioned why I didn't have it all filled out prior to the dr. coming in. When Dr. Sprock came in she and one of her staff members talked ..."
