"Few days before procedure, I received text msg to call with any questions. When I called, Christine rudely stated they don’t answer questions, only confirm dates. After my procedure, when I woke nurse said they could not get in touch with my ride. They were calling my phone number, not my driver. They also came in and read discharge papers for another patient.
