"Started treatment at the outpatient. Progressively got worse. Was told thst i would be assisted with all paperwork. After getting 3 letters and FMLA papers done, now its a bother to do anything more. Staff Member does not support M.D. on staff. I went there to get relief and was treated ad though I'm a problem. Do A evaluation before signing up. You don't want to get treated like you are a problem ..."
