"My dad is receiving treatment here for his legs, and I do want to acknowledge that his wounds are improving — so the medical care itself seems effective. However, the experience with the nursing staff has been very disappointing. Many of the nurses come across as rude, rushed, and lacking compassion. There is little effort to make patients feel comfortable or cared for, which is especially important ..."
