"After going to urgent care twice with neck pain and tingling in my limbs, I made an appointment with Dr. Bauer at The Center of Brain & Spine Surgery. I was prescribed physical therapy and muscle relaxers along with X-ray/MRI. Blue Cross declined the MRI because the secretary didn't submit any of the prior treatments.After starting PT I had some pain in my spine after the 2nd session and called the ..."
