"Office communication is challenging. I called 10 times to verfiy the correct amount owed for my surgical procedure. Without persistence, they would have expected the $10,000 they originally quoted. Only through research did I find out that my insurance covered 60%. They also have NOT provided a referral despite recommendation to followup with a prosthodontist. Very frustrating and disappointing. "
