"We had a horrible experience with Dr. Valdivia but Barb from the admin team referred us to Angela Rush N.P. who has been absolutely wonderful. She is very caring and takes the time to answer questions and make sure that you feel heard. She referred for testing in Chandler because they couldn't get to us soon enough in Tucson. "Went to see their neurology dept and was tested. Was told any more help needed to contact them. Had a stroke and was told needed a referral. I got them the referral and then they denied service due to past transportation problem in which appointment needed to be canceled, they also made a very false claim to the insurance company. "My daughter has been going here for 8 months and frankly, it's THE WORST facility. EVERY month she has to jump thru hoops for a week to get her meds refilled.
