"Dr. O'Shanick is a good provider. You can tell he genuinely care about his patients. Unfortunately, I tried to reschedule an appointment recently, and was told I could not because I cancelled 4 appointments between 2 to 3 years ago. This was incredibly disheartening, and they no longer will see me as a patient. I work at a medical clinic, and I've never heard of a policy that counts cancellations ..."
