"Dr Eck was in charge of this clinic and it was wonderful. He is gone and it is terrible. The communication is awful, the prescription errors are great. The front desk staff is rude. When you ask for a nurse practitioner to call you back to resolve issues, they do not. Their portal is mis managed and difficult to use. They messed up my script, my husband’s, and my child’s.
