"Despite being a patient at this facility for more than a decade and having no changes in my prescription, I was forced to come into the office every 12 weeks and pay over $200 per visit for a 15 minute med check appointment, which served no purpose other than to generate revenue. After nearly 15 years as a patient, they requested a full re-evaluation of me as a "new patient" for several hundred dollars, ..."
