"My issue with this office uis you cannot get a human on the phone. I have to leave a message and they don't return my call. I am switching doctors because of this. As far as the quality of care, I have no issues. "

"Appointment was cancelled last minute after scheduling off work. Was asked to call and reschedule. Was placed on hold FOUR different times for a total of 29 minutes(while I'm at work). Finally got through to a person to reschedule the fifth time someone answered and nineteenth time I called the number. Found out that I will not see a DR, but a NP. Don't remember the last time I actually saw a Dr., ..."

"Got called for earlier appt time 230 got there at 2 (original appointment was 3:45)guess what took me in at original appointment time after keep telling me for hour it'll be about 5 more minutes."

"I have been in the lobby for almost an hour now. I have watched the lobby empty out and fill up again. They are now taking the new arrivals back. Was 10 minutes early for my appt. Not being told anything. This is probably the worst customer service I have seen in the medical Industry, and that says alot! "

"I visit because of a elevated PSA level Dr Jamie Wallace was very very nice and the staff was so friendly I was scheduled for a prostate biopsy everyone was so courteous Dr Robert Fontane perform the biopsy he did an awesome job I had no problems they are a awesome team I am now waiting on the results of the biopsy...."
