"Been going to New Bern Family practice since 1999, started in their old building across town. After building the monstrous complex they are in now, my Primary retired. Its been downhill since. Bring an advocate(witness). They ONLY care about $$, its worse since becoming part of CCHC. With 2 insurances, never had a copay until 2024, now i do. Have to beg for itemized bill, it provides info to argue ..."

"Katherine McMullen is a Doctor that doesn’t listen and just collects a check. I advised of my strep throat symptoms, let the doctor know I had 2 coworkers out with strep and she only wanted to talk about Covid and told me I didn’t have strep. Had to go to emergency clinic and got a strep test that was positive and the antibiotics I needed. The only thing she told me was to drink tea. A waste of time ..."
