This morning I called the office to confirm he needed a filling because at his cleaning last month they told him it would be done when he got his braces off. "The dentist came out and spoke to me directly, which was helpful since my son is mildly mentally retarded. She was not completely clear about what kind of treatment would be given for his gum problems. However she was clear that Jesse Albert would contact us when they get an OK from my sons insurance to proceed with gum treatments. She was respectful and friendly."
