"We were not treated very professional by one of the office clerk / exam tech Lisa. She seemed to be scolding my wife rather than than encouraging and calming about not being able to see the eye wall chart through the equipment. The five stars are for dr.santiago who is always kind and helpful as well as being excellent at her profession.Lisa needs to be trained how not to make her customers feel uncomfortable ..."
