"Let me begin by saying in the three years I have been using this facility never once have I received a bill in the mail. The only way I have been able to find out what I owe is by asking the reception desk directly. A little less than a month ago I was surprised and told I owed almost $800. After a very vague explanation I chose to pay it so it would be taken care of. I had no appointments since then ..."
