"Dr. Carson is wonderful! He's knowledgeable and funny. He takes time to discuss all my concerns. He's "old school" and keeps up with new technologies. The office, however, is a nightmare to deal with. The phone is rarely answered during posted office hours, and getting an appointment with Thomas Carson is almost impossible. "I’ve been using this facility for 15 years. When it was Carson Family Care, I couldn’t say enough about the care and concern the doctors had. You were truly treated like one of the family. However, since being bought by WellMed, the front office and call in service has plummeted. The doctors, Andrew and Thomas Carson, are wonderful. But I need3 a prescription called in. It took over a week for it ..."

"There seems to be a recent turnover and change in management. I have had 3 different Dr’s at this practice in less than a year. The front desk, despite listing their hours until 5pm, said they could not see patients past 3pm. I had to take 1/2 a day off of work to make my appointment which I was told was at 3pm, then when I showed up I was told I had to reschedule due to being 15minutes late. ..."
