"Can I give less than one star?? This center NEVER answers the phone. You can never speak to someone when needed. If you're lucky they'll call you back but most likely they won't. Have been charged multiple times for canceling within the required timeframe and it's always a hassle to try to get it refunded. When the office is closed, then what? crickets.... it just doesn't seem like they care about ..."

"I received a call from this office telling me Dr Choi was no longer there. My appointment was in less than a week away. I was given 1 option, go to another Dr in Towson on Saturday. At that time there was no way possible I could do that. It couldn't be a video appointment because they were no longer doing that. I said what am I supposed to do about my medication refills? The answer was I had to ..."

"Counseling staff at the Eldersburg office is wonderful. The billing departments and the medication hotline or an absolute s*** show. Too frequently I've received bills due to the fact that they have only sent bills to half my insurers rather than both. The medication hotline is a joke. If they get your call, you've got a 20% chance that they may call your prescription in. More frequently than not ..."
