"They seem to be uncaring and unsympathetic. It's like they enjoy bringing pain to patients when they remove your stent! Never again will we darken their doors. 15 years ago when I had kidney stones, removal of stones with a stent, lithotripsy and removal of stent in the hospital with anesthesia! It was abetter practice. Doctor Brian Buzzeo however was and is a great doctor, hope he finds a new ..."

"Use to have great customer service, but has gotten worse the last couple of years, Can't get anyone on the phone, the last few times I've called was on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. I have left numerous voicemails and no one calls back, I can't believe the customer service has gotten so bad."
