"Dr Debord did my surgery and he was great. He explained everything in detail. I have had some minor problems since my surgery and have called his office and he took care of them very timely."

"The entire front office staff and especially the office “Manager” Susan are absolutely incompetent. Never in my life have I seen staff make comments about their own PATIENTS! Absolutely disgusting and despicable people and place! Take your business elsewhere!!"

After being charged 3x for a consultations for my daughters surgery, after not being notified that our appointment was being cancelled until pulling into the parking lot of the office, after the rude office manager agreeing but not working to ensure that the billing department stops sending my daughter a bill for that same missed appointment, ..."

"I cannot say enough good about the doctors and staff at the Carolina Urology Partners. About 1 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Dr. Blackmun made the diagnosis and Dr. Debord did the surgery. I got a second opinion from Duke Medical center before I elected to have surgery, and they suggested the same course of action Dr. Debord suggested. The surgery was painless. I went to ..."

"This office cannot even tell you what your shared cost will be spoke to Leslie in the surgery coordinator she can't tell me anything other than to call my insurance company. Humana told me to call back and talk to the provider after all they're doing the surgery they should know what they're charging me beforehand and what I will owe.
