"I'd give them zero starts if I could. I was referred by my doctor to Carolina Mountain Gastro for a routine colonoscopy. Went to their office in Hendersonville to pick up patient paperwork which I filled in and returned a few days later. A couple of weeks go by ... no calls from them with an appointment date. "Don't waste your time, I work at a very busy office in town but this is UNACCEPTABLE practice. No call back for 5 days after "one" message left in VM. In ER a little less than a week ago, they talked to Dr Varner and he said I could go home and follow up with the office. Just know its not you, be your own advocate and go to elsewhere.
