"The doctor does not follow through in repeated requests for refills. Took me a month to finally get my 90 day refill. When the doctor sent it to the pharmacy, he sent in the wrong instructions and shorted me by half the pills I should have received. Had to fight with the office to get them to correct the mistake with the pharmacy. This ended my association with this practice."
