"I was initially impressed I got an appointment quickly and my appointment went well. I received some prescriptions and one in particular needed to be preauthorized. Nurse assured me that it would be taken care of, however after 3 days they never got it approved and I had to pay $99 instead of $35.00. I thought hey no problem, she advised that she would continue to work on it so that the next month ..."
