"TERRIBLE management. They purposely over-book and leave patients sitting in multiple rooms for hours even when you're supposed to have a confirmed appointment. After this pathetic experience, we won't be back. The doctors might be great, but this inept, inadequate staff slams the door before you ever get to the doctor. Management needs to be replaced in this circus."
