"Everything went well with my mammogram experience including check-in and the mammogram itself. What does not make me happy is that for two years in a row, my record was sent to the incorrect primary care doctor. The correct doctor was on my "My Chart" and also given to the person checking me in. Plus, I had preregistered, so that makes 3 times it was submitted. They need to get an IT specialist to ..."
