"If I can give the front desk a 'zero star' I would. Been a patient for about a year, and I never had to deal with an unprofessional and rude staff member until now. Totally condescending, and she hung up on me during a call. PAs and Phyicians are fine, but they have to evaluate their front office staff. They need customer service training. This definitely makes my decision to take my business ..."
