"I was checked in quickly. Exam was quick and thorough. The only complaint I have is one I am adamant about. Do not treat those 65 and older as if everyone of them that come in there are cognitively deficient. I was asked three times my birthdate while having an exam. I am sitting there with very little clothing on and I keep being asked my birthdate while having date without really reason for it. ..."

"I was checked in quickly. Had a full body scan Staff was knowledgeable. In order to have this scan you have very little clothing on which is totally understandable. My whole issue is.. that it was not a pleasant experience being asked three times my name and date of birth. I have no cognitive issues and this not only is uncomfortable but demeaning when you are in a room ..sitting in a chair with ..."
