"If I could give CareMax a 0 I would. They are prejudice and very unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone or send referrals. I’ve had to can 2 Cancer appointments with my oncologist due to them not sending in the necessary paperwork. EVERYONE BEWARE!"

"CarMax's overall service goes beyond bad to scary. This is what we experienced in the past 9 months. Office/call center not answering phones, when they do answer it takes over 30 minutes on the line on hold. Or there is no answer at all and if they do they hang up and this was also done to another doctor's office requesting information; after they placed various calls of no answer and sent multiple ..."
