"I have been to the facility before as a walk-in on multiple occasions. Once I arrived as a walk-in before they opened and had to wait 5 hours to be seen. I was the first walk-in of the day. I was told that in order to be seen faster I should schedule ahead of time because the walk-ins are worked around scheduled appointments when there is time. So this time I scheduled the day before at the earliest ..."
