"I have been calling for over two weeks trying to get an appointment rescheduled. I was ill had to cancel my appointment when I call I get please hold and no one ever comes back to the phone. I guess I will have to drive to the office to reschedule my appointment with Dr. Mahoney. He is a wonderful doctor and there was never a problem with the office staff before always was able to speak with someone ..."

Every practice I have dealt with has a website and a patient portal, so I find no website or portal unusual. An answer please."
