"Was asked 4 times about my ability to make payment of my surgical deductible, 2 times prior to even attempt to schedule procedure. 1st time ever I had to call to get procedure time. Finally on the day of procedure my rode was being brought up separate and wasn't there, they refused to even check me in despite there was 20 to 30 min of waiting before prep for procedure.
