"I am reviewing the bill pay procedure. There is no online billing available. Only to mail the payment USPS and to call. I called. They left me on hold for 7 min then got back on the line to tell me no one was available to take my payment. If I were this Lab I would seek another provider to facilitate your payment collections. This is ridiculous! "

"This is a Very disreputable company!! They are in violation of both Federal law and the Laws of the Commomwealth of Virginia for balance billing. Communication with them is none existence. They do not respond. Proceed with them at your own risk. I marked one star because you can't select none."
